Just before 10:00 on the morning of the 15th, Zhang Wei and his partner each brought their laptops to the Jianhu Port Cafe in the Jinhui Building in Keqiao. Zhang Wei ordered a cup of latte, his partner asked for a glass of water, and the two sat down in a "small grid" on the second floor to start the day's work.

How does a cup of coffee have anything to do with entrepreneurship?

"Jianhu Port is a small and micro business incubator set up spontaneously by the people." Wu Lingang, founder of "Jianhu Port" and "post-80s" entrepreneur, introduced this.

Different from ordinary cafes, the location of "Jianhu Port" is relatively secluded. Wu Lingang told reporters that "Jianhu Port" opened at the end of November last year, and now more than 10 entrepreneurs have been working here for a long time, and the coffee shop has equipped them with their own "small grid" on the second floor.

Find "wealth" for "talent" and realize the docking of talents, projects and capital.

Providing an office environment for entrepreneurs is just one of the businesses of Jianhu Port Cafe, which distinguishes it from ordinary cafes by providing opportunities for people, projects and capital to meet. "some people have money but no projects, while others have projects but no money. When they arrive at the 'Jianhu quay,' they will meet on both sides."

Lu Yujie, full-time deputy director of the talents Office of the Keqiao District CPC Committee, told reporters that "Jianhu Port" is equivalent to a completely market-oriented talent intermediary service agency, helping talents and projects that start businesses in Hong Kong to find funds, seek cooperation, and provide help, and promote exchanges among talents, between talents and local enterprises, and between talents and government departments.

Since the opening of "Jianhu Port", it has organized and arranged a number of entrepreneurial and innovation sharing meetings, product project conferences and other activities, and invited some very excellent returnee entrepreneurs and strong local enterprises and venture capital institutions. At present, some projects and capital have been successfully docked.

For example, "returnee" Zhang Keqin and his "numerical simulation technology" have successfully found an investment of 2 million yuan here, and so far 500000 yuan of investment has been put in place.

Li Jinxiao, a returnee and a candidate of the provincial "Thousand talents Plan", mainly focuses on the "Internet of things" project. How to make this project more in line with the needs of local enterprises in Shaoxing when it is landed? Wu Lingang accompanied Li Jinxiao to visit dozens of local enterprises to give them a more specific understanding of the various aspects of local enterprise production. The reporter learned that as an alternative small and micro business incubator, "Jianhu Port" has attracted a number of talents since its establishment more than two months ago, including returnee doctors and domestic professors, and many of them also carry projects. Embarrassingly, even though these projects are related to the local industry to a certain extent, only a handful of enterprises have come to Jianhu Port to seek cooperation. "most of the enterprises that have reached the intention of cooperation are invited by us to learn about talents and projects through personal relations, and very few enterprises and capital have come actively and spontaneously to seek cooperation." Wu Lingang said: at present, local enterprises and capital have low awareness of and low enthusiasm for participating in the "Jianhu quay," which is the biggest confusion of the "Jianhu quay" at present.

It is understood that there are many entrepreneurial and investment platforms such as "Jianhu Port" in large and medium-sized cities in China, such as "Garage Coffee" in Beijing and "Haidaohui Coffee" in Zhoushan. Some of them have become benchmarking platforms in the entrepreneurial circle, and some have attracted the attention of local enterprises.

"Keqiao has a strong entrepreneurial atmosphere and many enterprises, so we once thought that setting up such a cafe in Keqiao would be welcomed by entrepreneurs and enterprises."
