Construction of Yunnan Coffee Information Nestle Coffee Center Project
A (correspondent Ai Congfu) recently, the Nestle Coffee Center project officially started construction in the Muni River area of Pu'er Industrial Park, and the project is expected to be put into use in the 2015-2016 coffee procurement season. At that time, all coffee beans purchased by Nestl é will pass 4c certification, laying the foundation for the long-term sustainable development of Pu'er coffee.
The Nestle Coffee Center project is one of the projects invested by Dongguan Nestl é Co., Ltd. in Pu'er. The project covers a total area of 33283 square meters and plans to invest 50 million yuan. The project consists of two parts, one is the Nestl é coffee planting training center and the raw coffee bean testing room, which will provide training for farmers, agronomists and coffee professionals, and become the largest coffee training base of its kind in China. The other part is modern storage facilities, which will have a storage capacity of 10000 tons per year, which will provide much-needed infrastructure for further procurement of coffee beans and establish local high-quality procurement and testing base preparations based on international standards.
