There are about 140 milligrams of caffeine in a cup of coffee and only about 47 milligrams in a cup of tea. Drinking more than 480 milliliters of coffee or caffeinated drinks a day may cause headaches, tremors, anxiety, heart palpitations, and so on.
Getting seven to eight hours of sleep a day goes a long way to keeping you at work during the day. However, since it takes 8 to 10 hours to process caffeine, drinking coffee after 04:30 does more harm than good.
