Seizing customers is the key to long-term business. At the beginning, I made a new coffee list every week, not for anything else, just to keep the curiosity of customers and let them see my intentions. Later, there were more kinds of coffee and desserts in the store, and I didn't have time to make a coffee list. In order to keep this habit, I decided to switch to simple dim sum. That is, can be changed at any time, but also can design their own electronic recipes.
