There are many subspecies of Arabica, such as Iron pickup, Bobang, Katim and so on. It is widely planted in Yunnan, China.

Robusta is tall, resistant to diseases and insect pests and easy to plant. However, the composition of it is quite different from that of Arabica species, followed by taste, and is generally not drunk alone. Robusta is cheap, rich in caffeine and oil, and is mostly used to produce instant coffee, and a small amount of robusta is often added to espresso beans to increase the thickness and durability of the grease layer.
