Laierfu began to install machines in the second quarter, and a total of more than 700 strongholds have been installed in the two superstores, at an astonishing speed.
Laierfu said that freshly brewed coffee has the effect of gathering customers, especially during breakfast and afternoon tea. Statistics show that stores with installed machines can sell more than 30 cups of freshly brewed coffee a day on average, mostly with commodities such as bread or sandwiches, which are conducive to raising the unit price of customers.
At the end of last year, CITY CAFE now brewed coffee and installed more than 500. by the end of September, the number of installed units had reached more than 900. it is expected that the number will exceed 1000 by the end of the year.
It is understood that it is convenient for supermerchants to sell freshly brewed coffee. Coupled with the low price, the cheapest small cup of black coffee costs only 35 yuan, and the prices of freshly brewed coffee from all superstores are about the same. Compared with Starbucks Coffee, which just raised the price of latte just a few days ago, supermerchant freshly brewed coffee still has its competitive advantage.
As the fourth quarter is the traditional peak season for currently brewing coffee, the lower the temperature, the better the sales results, allowing major supermerchants to quickly install the machine before the peak season. In total, the four major supermerchants have added more than 1000 coffee bases this year, which is expected to detonate a new wave of freshly brewed coffee sales in the fourth quarter.
