However, MaxGerson's theory is not accepted by modern medicine. Coffee enema does not actually enhance the detoxification of the liver. There is too little research evidence and lack of scientific basis. In addition, there is no evidence that coffee enema can prevent tumors, or improve skin quality and treat other diseases.
