The Medical function of Green Coffee Coffee beans are green
Coffee beans are green, so they are also called "green coffee". Green coffee is roasted before it becomes a common brown coffee bean. The roasted coffee beans are crushed and then brewed or boiled in boiling water to become fragrant and delicious coffee.
From the College of University of California, Irvine
Professor Edward Robinson discovered that a chemical extracted from coffee beans (green coffee beans) can be used to treat AIDS.
At present, one way to treat AIDS is to use tail wine (cocktails), but this method can only treat the major enzymes (enzymes) of HIV pathogen (virus), namely HIV protease and HIV reverse transcriptase, and will have side effects.
The professor pointed out that the chemical (called chicoric acid) contained in coffee beans can be used to stop the activity of the third major enzyme in HIV, which is called HIVintegrase, without affecting the normal cells in the human body. If the research succeeds, this new kind of wine can become one of the recipes for the treatment of tail wine.
