The actual exchange meeting of coffee shop management came to a successful end.

On September 26, the first "Cafe Operation Exchange" held by Guangzhou Coffee Salon ended successfully, which attracted coffee shop owners and industry insiders from Guangdong, Shanghai, Hunan and other regions to participate enthusiastically. At the meeting, the shopkeepers all expressed their own views and shared their current problems and their own solutions to the students at the meeting, which made the atmosphere of the whole exchange meeting more enthusiastic.

At this exchange meeting, Guangzhou Coffee Salon invited two experts with many years of practical experience in chain coffee shops and restaurants, Wang Fei and Mr. ou Zhiyong, to share with you the solutions to the operation problems of the coffee shop. At the meeting, there was an in-depth analysis on how to carry out coffee shop marketing, how to improve store turnover, store team to improve cooperation efficiency and store staff development planning and other issues, so that cafe owners have a different point of view.
