Last Saturday, the Wuhan preliminary contest of the 4th China Pu'er Coffee Cup World siphon Pot Competition was held at Lu teacher Coffee Beihu Store. The preliminary round is a warm-up for the final of the Wuhan Division to be held in CBD Chushijia on the 12th and 13th of next month. The Wuhan competition area is hosted by this newspaper and CBD Chu Shijia, and co-sponsored by Wuhan Guanfu Tang Culture Media Co., Ltd and Lu teacher Coffee.

At the scene of the event, Liu Xing, a specially invited judge in Wuhan, made a professional demonstration for the contestants, and Yan Yan, known as "Sister Sharp", one of the judges in Wuhan, explained every step, detail and scoring standard for everyone. After the professional demonstration, the contestants took part in the operation of the siphon pot on the spot, and the contestants benefited a lot from the strict grading and professional comments made by Yan Yan and Liu Xing.

It is learned from the event organizing committee that the Chinese Pu'er coffee cup "World siphon Pot Competition" is one of the top coffee competitions in China, which is very professional, competitive and ornamental. This competition specially invited 9 professional judges from all over the country: 3 local judges from Wuhan, 2 judges from Taiwan, 3 judges from Beijing and 1 judge from Chongqing. They all have rich experience in the competition and have served as judges for many times.

It is understood that holding this event on the one hand is to give young people a stage to show themselves, on the other hand, it allows contestants to better enhance their self-value while enjoying the competition, and also provides a platform for coffee lovers to communicate. Pre-competition training and presentation will be held on the 7th of this month, and a written examination will be added to make the competition more professional.

Whether you are a professional barista, coffee enthusiast or amateur player, you are welcome to compete with many big curries. Our registration hotline: 17786505258. Deadline: December 7, 2015.
