Opening of the Fifth China Mangshi (International) Coffee Culture Festival
On January 23, the Fifth China Mangshi (International) Coffee Culture Festival kicked off in Mangshi, Yunnan Province, the hometown of Chinese coffee. Coffee practitioners and coffee lovers from more than 30 countries and regions gathered in Mangshi, Yunnan to attend the meeting.
In order to promote Chinese coffee culture, promote the development of Yunnan coffee industry and guide the concept of coffee consumption, Mangshi (International) Coffee Culture Festival has been successfully held for four times. This cultural festival is sponsored by China-ASEAN Coffee Professional Cooperation Committee, China Coffee Engineering Research Center, Yunnan Coffee Industry Association, and hosted by Dehong Hougu Coffee Co., Ltd. the opening ceremony of the cultural festival was held in the Hougu coffee 10,000-ton factory. Participants can visit the 20,000-ton coffee production line under construction, which is expected to be completed by the end of this year.
According to reports, it is the mature season for coffee, and a series of activities such as coffee picking, processing and production experience will be held during the cultural festival. The preparatory work of the 26th World Coffee Science Congress and the Merchants Association were also held at the same time. The organizing committee gave a briefing on the preparations for the conference and released the investment information of the conference to the world.
