In 2007, the second generation of family members Efran Alberto Osorio Baxter and Efra í n Alberto Osorio Baxter took over the family coffee farm, whose name is commemorated by their mother Valentina Baxter de Osorio, closely linked to everyone in the whole family. It also represents the self-identity and intimacy of a coffee family.
