According to reports, herbal coffee is completely comparable to woody coffee and has obvious advantages. It is proved by detection that herbal coffee has the components, color, fragrance and taste of woody coffee, the content of fat and starch is similar to woody coffee, the content of protein, amino acid, iron, zinc, calcium, selenium and other trace elements most needed by human body is higher than woody coffee, the caffeine content is moderate, which meets the human body needs standard and international food hygiene index. Toxicity test proves that herbal coffee products are nontoxic and have no three-cause danger.
