Forty-five minutes after eating the capsules, they were asked to read an article, find spelling and grammatical errors, and correct them. It was found that people who consumed more than 200 milligrams of caffeine had the best ability to detect and correct grammatical errors compared with people who did not consume caffeine, and the more caffeine they consumed, the more effective the effect was.
