Breaking the monopoly of foreign production lines
It is understood that Hougu independently developed the domestic first, international leading level of instant coffee production line, the production process has reached full automation, intelligent production, realized system integration, its numerical control degree of more than 95%, production equipment through field bus control and network information technology control networking, production process automatic monitoring diagnosis technology, main production sections all adopt numerical control production, production efficiency can be increased by more than 20%, energy consumption reduced by 30%.
From the point of view of the price of the whole set of equipment, the sales price of the production line is only 60% of the price of similar imported production lines, breaking the long-term monopoly of foreign production lines in China's market, which lays a good foundation for the sustainable development of China's coffee industry.
Has the whole line R & D and manufacturing capabilities
The intelligent production line of instant coffee independently developed by Hougu has attracted great attention from the industry. It has the R & D and production manufacturing capacity of the whole instant coffee production line equipment, which can realize independent factory construction and intelligent production line. The construction capital investment is only 70% of that imported from Europe.
At present, Yunnan Hougu has cooperated with Vietnam HCM COFFEE CO., LTD Coffee Company signed the construction project of 10,000 tons instant coffee powder production line, planned to cooperate with local enterprises to build factories in the newly built industrial park in Udu, Yangon, Myanmar, and cooperated with Chongqing Energy Investment Group to build 10,000 tons instant coffee production line in Chongqing Jinfeng Industrial Park.
The construction of the above production lines is fully intelligent, which can bring at least RMB 680 million in sales revenue to each enterprise after completion, effectively driving local economic income and increasing tax revenue.
Yunnan coffee has its own brand.
China's coffee consumption market has great potential. The growth rate of coffee consumption in China is about 10 times that of world coffee consumption. Facing China's huge coffee consumption market in the future, how can Chinese local coffee enterprises gain more growth opportunities? In Xiong Xiangren's view: "If there is no coffee industry and brand, no matter how big the coffee consumption market in China in the future, there will be no share of Chinese local coffee enterprises." He encouraged more Yunnan coffee enterprises and local coffee enterprises in China to establish their own brands and industries as soon as possible. Only in this way can they have the opportunity to participate in the competition of the trillion-dollar coffee market in China in the future.
