Lazon and Volcker pointed out that coffee contains a lot of antioxidants such as chlorogenic acid, which can fight oxidative stress and prevent the formation of carcinogens. Studies have shown that antioxidants contained in two cups of coffee can reduce the risk of cancer by up to 43%, and previous experiments on animals have clearly shown that coffee and chlorogenic acid do inhibit liver cancer.
