In 2002, Gaoliang, who worked from his hometown in Hunan to Nanhai Farm, set his sights on the untouched land in the tea farm-a wasteland overgrown with weeds, but in his eyes it was an extremely precious fertile field. Clean up the wasteland and plant lychee, betel nut, jackfruit, overlord brown and other trees, Gaoliang began to make use of the wasteland, and believe that one day it will become the beginning of his own business.

"at first, I just wanted to grow something into it, but as for what I want to do in the future, it still depends on opportunity." Gao Liang frankly said that he is a rural person and has a deep attachment to the land. Thousands of family wealth is not as good as thousands of miles of fertile land, Gao Liang threw all his savings into the renovation of the wasteland.

A few years later, the strategy of building an international tourism island in Hainan was put forward, which once again pushed Hainan's tourism industry to the most exciting part. As soon as there are many tourists, food, shelter and entertainment will become an inevitable point of consumption. Relying on the tea farm in Nanhai Farm, Gaoliang began to lay out 75 mu of land. "with the development of social economy, people will miss the leisurely life more and will integrate play, accommodation, entertainment and food into one. I just see the opportunity. I'm going to open a farmhouse." In Gaoliang's view, returning to the countryside is the best choice for people living in cities after they are tired of life, and this is people's "rural plot".

In 2009, Gaoliang began to make a preliminary conception of farm music. Five years later, he and several partners began to lay out the rural ideal: twister, air dryer, shredder and other instruments, which are necessary tools in the tea production process. Although the lower east village where the inn is located is relatively remote, "Big tail Wolf" believes that with economic development, people with higher incomes prefer to choose self-driving travel, "car + navigation", everything is easy and casual.

Because of his love for the sea, the big-tailed wolf pays special attention to the changes in the sea. In the past, the coastline from Qinglan Bridge to Dongjiao Town was covered with clear water and various coral reefs, but in recent years, coastal farming has polluted the sea and made this beautiful scene disappear. Big-tailed Wolf says that the establishment of the inn is also expected to explore the economic transformation of the local people.
