After two months of busyness, the physical store "Bean Sprout" officially opened to welcome guests.

This is a two-story physical store with tents on the first floor for customers to experience outdoor travel, and a creative studio on the second floor to sell some coffee and drinks for customers to take a nap.

The unexpected discovery led them to find business opportunities.

But before long, they found that the travel business was so affected by the season that the business on the first floor was erratic, on the contrary, the business on the second floor was often surprising and almost became the profit pillar of the entire store. This discovery found a new position for bean sprouts. The following year, the small team decided to redecorate the first floor, and the business of "bean sprouts" has changed from travel to a "coffee and beverage-based, travel-supplemented" pattern.

After the careful introduction of several friends in the moments, the attendance rate of "bean sprout" coffee is very high. However, new problems soon emerged. Although they received a large number of friends every day, few of them actually consumed it. The daily income in the first month was only a few dozen yuan, and the average monthly loss in the first three months was 6000 yuan.

Soon, "bean sprouts" drastically carried out "reform." First of all, it is to eliminate the products that do not sell well, and at the same time, according to the requirements of each ordering customer, make different styles of pull flowers for their private order. Wang Xiaokang said that, for example, the signature coffee cappuccino in the museum will design playful cartoon patterns such as Winnie Bear and Robocat for young college students, which is very popular.

In addition, Bean Sprout also holds film appreciation, handicraft classes, photography exhibitions, folk concerts and other activities from time to time to create its own cafe culture and attract more consumers.

For individuals who like coffee, Bean Sprout has also set up a coffee institute to provide relevant training. In other words, the coffee shop is no longer just selling coffee, it has almost become a meeting place for young people, which has become more attractive to consumers.

Build chain stores near colleges and universities

A series of changes brought "bean sprouts" back to life. A cup of tea with a unit price of 5 yuan has a daily sales volume of more than 1000 yuan. In 2011, another coffee shop chain of Bean Sprouts was born.

Today, the "bean sprouts" chain stores can be seen in five universities, including the Southern Institute of Translation, and each has its own characteristics-- the "bean sprouts" of the Chongqing Institute of Science and Technology focus on the exchange of creators; the "bean sprouts" of the Southwest University of political Science and Law attract young writers and artists with their "humanistic campus style." Several chain stores easily make hundreds of thousands of dollars a year.

Not long ago, the launching ceremony of the first entrepreneurship training course of "Bean Sprout Youth Space-looking for Campus CEO" was held at Southwest University of political Science and Law. Wang Xiaokang said that the "bean sprouts" cafe has sprouted in the West, and this time it has brought the "bean sprouts" coffee shop training project back to the West, mainly to build a service platform for the school's young entrepreneurs.

This year, Wang Xiaokang graduated from Xizheng Ma Zhe with a master's degree, and he also has a lot of plans for the future.
