In May 2015, the Haikou Food and Drug Inspection Detachment submitted an application to the Xiuying District people's Court in accordance with the law, demanding that Yan's Coffee Company be imposed an administrative penalty of 21760 yuan, confiscated 1280 yuan of illegal income, and pay a late fee of 21427.2 yuan.
