Coffee has a history of hundreds of years. It is said that in the sixth century, there was a shepherd named Kaldi in Ethiopia. One day when I was herding sheep, I found that the sheep raised were only jumping lively. Later he found out that they had eaten the red fruit of a shrub tree. He also curiously picked some to eat, and even jumped lively together. Later he distributed the fruit to the monks in the monastery to avoid falling asleep and stay awake when they prayed at night. And this story, as these monks wandered, gradually spread. Since then, it has been used as a pick-me-up medicine and has been well received by doctors. This kind of fruit is today's coffee beans. Moreover, all historians seem to agree that the Kafa region of Ethiopia is the birthplace of coffee.

The second legend of ㈡

Chief Shack, who was deported for crime in 1258. Omar, wandered to a place far from his hometown of Moka-Vasaba (in Arabia). When he was sitting under the tree resting because he was hungry, a bird was singing in a voice he had never heard before and was extremely sweet. He looked at the bird carefully and found that the bird made such a wonderful sound after eating the fruit of the tree. So he picked all the fruit from the tree and put it in a pot to boil it with water, which gradually gave off a strong fragrance. After drinking it, he felt delicious and energetic. From then on, whenever he met someone who was sick, he would cook this kind of soup for them. Because he did good everywhere, people in his hometown forgave him and let him go back to Mocha and called him a "saint".
