Hougu Coffee will build another 20,000 ton Coffee production Line
Xing Meizheng, head of coffee planting professional cooperative of Xiadong Village Committee of Mang City Town, told reporters that the cooperative was established in 2012, organized by 14 farmers, adopting unified management and collective processing mode, mainly to do coffee rough processing well and improve the income of large coffee growers. At present, 180 farmers have participated in this coffee professional cooperative, becoming a relatively large professional cooperative in Mang City Town, collecting 370 tons to 400 tons of fresh fruits and more than 100 tons of dried fruits every year.
According to Xing Meizheng, last year's coffee can be sold for an average of 2 yuan per kilogram, good 3.7 yuan per kilogram. This year's coffee growth is also relatively good, but due to the impact of the international market, coffee market prices will be affected. Coffee farmers are hoping for good prices and a bumper crop this year.
On January 24, Mang City held the 4th China Mang City (International) Coffee Culture Festival. More than 300 coffee industry personages from more than 20 countries and regions around the world and more than 10 provinces and cities in China gathered in Mang City to jointly promote the development of coffee industry. At the International Coffee Business Forum of the Cultural Festival, the participants discussed how to guide coffee consumption, spread coffee knowledge and culture, how to better survive and develop, and promote the healthy development of the coffee industry.
At the same time, during the cultural festival, Hougu Coffee revealed that Hougu Coffee will build another 20,000 tons of coffee production line, which is expected to be completed and put into production by the end of 2016. By then, Hougu Coffee will become Asia's largest instant coffee producer. From coffee tree planting, industrial processing, coffee import and export trade, coffee brand construction, Hougu Coffee forms a perfect industrial ecological chain.
