The acceptance group is composed of 8 units, including Pu'er Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, Pu'er quality Supervision Station, Simao Xingyuan Project Supervision and Consulting Co., Ltd., and Pu'er Meteorological Bureau Lightning Protection Center. During the acceptance on the same day, the acceptance team strictly followed the acceptance procedures to check the physical engineering quality and review the engineering and technical materials. Through the examination and evaluation, the acceptance team believes that the construction of the laboratory project is carried out in strict accordance with the design documents and the contract, and all the work contents approved by the project have been successfully completed, and the building area and construction funds have not exceeded the design and budget, thus achieving the requirements of "double control", achieving the construction objectives, meeting the design requirements and construction acceptance standards as a whole, qualified project quality, and complete completion materials. It is agreed that the National key Laboratory for Coffee testing has passed the completion acceptance.

Construction of the laboratory project began in December 2015, with a construction area of 3000 square meters, with a total investment of more than 1200 million yuan, and successfully completed the construction of the main body, internal and external decoration and all supporting projects in the first ten days of December 2016.
