At the same time of learning from experience, we also publicize the practice information of member units in planting and management to each member unit for everyone to learn and promote. At the same time, the Association issues Coffee Information every month to provide member enterprises with guiding and authoritative coffee knowledge and industry information. The QQ group and WeChat group of the association are for everyone to discuss various topics in the coffee industry, and set up a platform for timely exchange of information and problem solving among members of the association. This paper analyzes the current development situation and existing problems of Yunnan coffee industry, reviews the main work situation and financial revenue and expenditure of the association last year, newly develops 15 enterprises as member units, and strengthens the strength of the association. He also reported the work plan and financial budget of the Association for 2016 to the leaders and member units attending the meeting.
