Starbucks' first coffee master store in South China unveiled
Starbucks Guangzhou Noodle Shop, the first coffee master store in South China, was officially unveiled on the 24th. What makes the store special is that it is all served by certified Starbucks "coffee masters" in black aprons, and the fully upgraded indoor and outdoor environment is even more haunting. Matthew, manager of Starbucks Sand Noodle Shop, said, "to be certified as a coffee master, you have to undergo comprehensive training and rigorous examinations, and repeat certification every year after that." Coffee masters' exams range from coffee history and geographical origin to theoretical knowledge of coffee procurement, quality control, baking and mixing art, as well as how to make a perfect cup of espresso, how to taste coffee, how to share coffee culture, and so on.
