The reporter learned that the quality Supervision Bureau of Pu'er City firmly seized the opportunity to create a demonstration zone for the creation of national well-known brands. In November 2014, AQSIQ approved Pu'er City to establish a "National Coffee Industry famous Brand Establishment demonstration Zone", which is the only "National well-known Brand Establishment demonstration Zone" in China's coffee industry. The establishment of the demonstration zone will promote Pu'er coffee industry and build "the coffee capital of China". At present, in accordance with the division of tasks of the "Planning for the Establishment of demonstration zones for the Establishment of well-known Brands of the National Coffee Industry" issued by the Municipal people's Government, we have conscientiously carried out the preparatory work, and all preparatory tasks have been completed in an all-round way.

The second is to assist Simao District in the construction of a demonstration zone for national organic product certification. In December 2015, the State recognition and Supervision Commission approved Simao District to establish a national organic product certification demonstration zone. Since last year, three experts from the Institute of Botany of the Chinese Academy of Pharmaceutical Sciences have been invited to Simao District to carry out organic production technology training in an effort to improve the level of organic production technology in Simao District and even Puer City. By the end of last year, the city had 109 enterprises with organic product certification and 145 certificates (including 67 organic certification certificates and 78 organic conversion certificates). The number of certificates ranked first among 16 states (cities) in Yunnan Province and ranked sixth in the country. Among them, there are 7 enterprises and 11 certificates in coffee category (including 9 organic certificates and 2 conversion certificates).

The third is to successfully complete the construction of the national coffee planting comprehensive standardization demonstration zone. In June 2013, the National Standards Committee approved Pu'er City to build a national coffee planting comprehensive standardization demonstration zone. In November 2016, the national coffee planting comprehensive standardization demonstration zone project, undertaken by Yunnan Hongji Coffee Industry Co., Ltd., successfully passed the examination and acceptance of the National Standards Committee. Through the implementation of the project, a comprehensive coffee community management system has been established, which integrates coffee planting, production management, pest control, initial processing process and storage conditions, and the standard system of "Technical Specification for the production of small seed Coffee" has been established. the quality of raw coffee in the demonstration base is improved, and the demonstration effect is obvious.

The fourth is to strengthen the cultivation and creation of famous brands. In view of the fact that there are few well-known brands of coffee in the city, enterprises are actively encouraged to integrate resources, do large-scale, and concentrate their efforts on building international and domestic well-known brands. In recent years, the quality supervision department has been actively cultivating and guiding Pu'er coffee production enterprises to participate in the evaluation of Yunnan famous brand products and Pu'er famous brand products. Up to now, two coffee production enterprises in the city have won the Yunnan famous brand title, and one coffee production enterprise has won the Pu'er famous brand title.
