With this book, I would like to pay tribute to the entrepreneurs in Liuwan!

These are the words printed on the title page of the book Liuwan Cafe.

Yu Congle, secretary of the Haidong Municipal CPC Committee and party work committee of the Haidong Industrial Park, said in the preface to the book: "Liuwan Village, which lives in the east, is famous in Ledu District for its prehistoric painted pottery sites, and is a microcosm of Haidong's vicissitudes of history. Liuwan Village in the West is famous in Pingan District because of modern industrial civilization, which is a witness to Haidong's splendor today. A simple and fresh name, two villages linked by blood, will join hands to become a model in the pedigree of Haidong civilization. This is Haidong's dream and will certainly be the glory of Haidong. "

Haidong is the land of my fetal blood. I was born here and grew up here.

Over the past forty years, I have witnessed the rapid development and changes in Haidong.

From knowing that the park began to plan, to seeing the construction of the park, and then to the tall buildings and factories that finally appeared in front of me, it made me feel again and again that time was the most wonderful thing in the world: to make the imagination come true, but also to make something imperceptibly deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.

I can't pretend to live somewhere else.

two

Work at sunrise and rest at daylight.

Dig wells and drink, plough the fields and eat.

What does Dili mean to me?

This is a ballad sung by ancient ancestors in praise of a better life. This ballad sings a vivid pastoral landscape poem in a very colloquial way.

However, the reality that I have seen countless times is that the villagers kneel and sit in the open fields, planting toward the newly dug pits; the villagers endure the piercing wind, bend over and face the loess, constantly endure the cold and damp that soak into their bodies, and constantly repeat monotonous movements, or planting garlic or beans. The labor input, the cost and the harvest are far from proportional.

When the person in charge of Haidong Science and Technology Park asked me to undertake the task of writing this book, I was grateful for the trust. I thought about it again and again and finally agreed. It is not only lucky but also a test for me to do such a book for Haidong.

Therefore, thinking about it, I am worried that my personal limited insight and writing skills may not be able to undertake such a great task. And the reason for the final agreement is that Haidong, when I look back at the mountains and rivers and urban villages here as a writer, the city is full of expectations with its brand-new appearance.

Camus, my favorite writer, once said, "Writing is glorious because it has a commitment, and it undertakes more than just writing." It forces me to share our common misfortune and hope with all the people of our time in my own way and in my own power. "

Yes, "Writing is glorious because it has a commitment."

General Secretary Xi Jinping called on writers to improve their ability to read and live, discover beauty and goodness in subtle places, and ask everyone to "go out of the world and read the world to the fullest." Only when we try to get rid of our own pattern can we climb the mountain courageously.

As a result, there is finally a "Liuwan Cafe".

Because of the large amount of writing and short time, I had to ask my good friend Sangxia to do it together.

More than half a hundred people were interviewed, more than 100,000 words were taken in the interview notes, and nearly 100,000 words of manuscripts were completed in a very short time. This is part of our work for the publication of this book.

Sometimes the numbers don't tell the story, and sometimes we have to use the numbers to illustrate the problem, such as the amount of work and hours we have to complete about the book.

It should also be made clear that doing this book is not our full-time job, everyone involved in completing this book is doing it in their spare time. In short, large volume, heavy task, short time.

In many dark nights, when most people relax or fall asleep, I either sort out my interview notes under the lamp, or type a word in front of the computer, or think hard and rack my brains for the setting of certain links and details.

This process is like a small ant, doing the hard work of moving mountains-from a small piece of tiny soil particles to a pile of hills that are much bigger than our bodies, and then turn them into mountains.

I have to admit, I even backed out because of the pressure.

However, there are many people who are not reconciled to it, and many of the work done before is second, and the key is to be afraid of failing some people.

To live up to, these three words can be accomplished by the joint movement of lips, tongue, teeth and other vocal organs, but sometimes it is really difficult to do so.

How can we live up to each other?

In the process of collecting and writing, I saw many excellent characters who persisted under tremendous pressure that ordinary people could not imagine. In the arduous process of starting a business, everything they endured was far beyond our imagination.

Shirley Sandberg, chief operating officer of Facebook, once said: in the end, it is the difficult times we have experienced that shape us.

All these people who wrestle with ideals and reality and lift their dreams with practical actions is the biggest reason for me to stick to it. The reason why I respect the entrepreneurial elites who appear in this book is that while they work hard to start a business, they also take on the great task of helping the local economic and social development.

Because of the limited time and energy, sometimes I feel that I have put a yoke on myself, which makes me breathe heavily and make it difficult for me to move. German poet Goethe's emotion about "dancing in chains" in writing metrical poems has aroused the emotional resonance of many people. At this time, I also seem to dance in chains.

In fact, under the heavy load, it is not only the ability but also the wisdom to make life dance beautifully.

Such an analogy may be more appropriate for the top-notch elites in the income book. When I communicate with them face to face, they show loyalty and persistence, responsibility and responsibility, love and persistence. I am deeply infected and benefit from it again and again.

Capturing their wonderful life at the scene, tapping word by word on the computer under the lamp of the long night, this process is like a seed gradually expanding under the soil, then taking root and sprouting, waiting for the gorgeous flowers on the branches to bear fruit.

As a result, I really felt the thrilling and surging experience of a seed.

This book "Liuwan Cafe" is the first long reportage collection since Haidong withdrew land from the city and took Haidong Industrial Park as the background, reflecting the entrepreneurial process of outstanding entrepreneurial talents in Zhongguancun High-tech Industry Entrepreneurship Base in Qinghai.

For various reasons, this book may not be able to achieve the ideal cultural quality and beauty. If there are a thousand Hamlets in the eyes of a thousand readers, then looking through this book, you may find that another kind of life, the life achieved by grinding and suffering, is absolutely wonderful that ordinary life does not have.

These worthy figures include biotechnology, medicine and health, clean energy, and information media. They have a common halo, that is, the halo of technology. This halo allows Haidong, which we rely on for survival and reproduction, to avoid the infringement of harmful waste materials such as water, gas and slag, and allows us to see the brilliant light of high-end science and technology.

We strive to convey a kind of quality, a kind of culture, a kind of thought, a kind of spirit and a kind of feeling through this "Liuwan Cafe".

"here, it has realized the magnificent turn of the former village to a modern city, and is creating a Haidong legend of Zhongguancun holding Liuwan Village." No longer see the low houses scattered between the acres, but see that the Huangshui River still runs and does not look back.

The dead are like Sifu.

Yes, "We like to sit down and drink tea, but no one can stop the coffee from smelling in the aisle."
