La Minita is careful and responsible in growing and selecting coffee for customers. From a total of 832,000 pounds of green beans, La Minita selects 210,000 pounds of the best quality coffee beans for consumers. This means that only about 25% of the green coffee beans are selected in this process. The whole operation is completely manual. At a cost of more than 30, 000 pounds, La Minita has selected the best coffee beans for consumers.
