Recently, the first Coffee Creative drink Competition in Guizhou Province was held in Guiyang Century Jinyuan Hotel. Participants used their own carefully designed recipes to prepare cups of creative coffee drinks with novel and unique flavors. Coffee came into the lives of ordinary citizens after the reform and opening up in the last century. An open area was set up at the competition site, and a professional coffee beverage production team produced a variety of creative coffee drinks according to their own learning achievements and experience. Under the attentive eyes and dexterous hands of the contestants, coffee is "cross-border" with fruit and "married" with other drinks, giving rise to a variety of novel flavors, which are also very pleasing to the eye in appearance and color. After tasting it, the judges and the audience praised it one after another. It is reported that these innovative coffee drinks will gradually enter the coffee beverage shops in Guizhou Province to enrich consumers' taste buds.
After three rounds of intense competition, the first, second and third prizes were finally decided. Yin Zhiqun of the hand Food Cup Catering Company won the first place, Wang Shanshan of the soil Cafe won the second place, and Wu Yuqian of Huimeda Coffee Company won the third place. Liu Xiaoqin, director of Guiyang Employment and Vocational skills Development Center, immediately presented awards to the winners.
Zhang Yang, president of Guizhou Coffee Association, said that the competition can improve the formulation and design level of Guizhou coffee drinks and promote the healthy development of the whole industry. There is another significance of the competition. In fact, there is no shortage of coffee beverage makers and designers in Guizhou, but there has always been no local competition in Guizhou, and these contestants can only compete in other places if they want to excel in the industry. This competition fills the gap in this respect. Guizhou contestants have a close display platform and will be able to win prizes on their doorstep in the future.
