Ice cream cone coffee landing in Australia!

Some time ago, there was a cat brother driving a tram full of disposable coffee cups, shouting around CBD with loud speakers, trying to wake up everyone's understanding of the environmental destruction of disposable coffee cups...
A solution is here! "0" wasted coffee cup!
To be precise, you only need:
Drink coffee!
Eat your coffee cup!
Ha ha! Beautiful!
Unlike regular coffee served in cups, this coffee comes in ice cream cone-like waffle rolls. But unlike an ice cream cone, the waffle roll has a layer of dark chocolate inside to prevent leaks.

However, you don't have to rush to finish your coffee because you're afraid of chocolate melting--this layer of dark chocolate has been specially processed, and you'll be OK if you finish it within 10 minutes!
This new hybrid of coffee and dessert has swept NSW and Victoria last month. The creator is Dayne Levinrad, a South African barista entrepreneur trained in Australia.

Dayne Levinrad in Johannesburg Coffee Shop
Dayne said any coffee or milk drink (such as hot chocolate or turmeric coffee), but the waffle roll coffee cup is only suitable for small coffee servings.
"Imagine ordering coffee and a small dessert-it's the same thing, even better than a single order experience."

"Coffee in chocolate-coated waffles has a strong chocolate flavor; at first, you can taste the subtle chocolate sweetness, as the chocolate coating melts into the coffee, you can taste the stronger chocolate flavor, and at the end of the coffee, you can enjoy crispy waffles with melted chocolate inside."

This coffee first appeared in South Africa in January last year, then swept Europe, Canada, Hong Kong... this year, it came to Australia.
Dayne once said,"This is probably the most Instagram coffee in the world, right?"

In just four months from January to May last year, Instagram had nearly 1 million liked photos with the hashtag #coffeeinacone.

The idea may seem simple: coffee in an ice cream cone!
But the process of research and development is full of twists and turns:
After four years as a barista in Brazil, Australia, Los Angeles and other locations, Levinrad returned to his hometown of Johannesburg and wanted to do something creative.
"People love ice cream, coffee and chocolate, so why not combine all three?" That was Levinrad's original idea.

But simply pouring a cup of coffee into an ice cream cone is clearly not feasible: "Ice cream cones are too thin!"

"We bought our own machine and started making our own ice cream waffles; we used different kinds of flour to make them, but after pouring coffee, the chocolate layer still melted."

"If you want to realize the idea of coffee in an ice cream cone, no leakage is allowed!"
Finally, Levinrad reinforced the ice cream waffle cone with four different types of chocolate blends, each containing a different percentage of cocoa.

"We used heat charts to track where #coffeeinacone topics went, and it turns out they spread around the world."
