Corral, chief baker of ONA Cafe, won the silver prize at the World Coffee Competition (World Brewers Cup) at the World Coffee Series in Budapest, Hungary, last week.

This is the first time that Corral has participated in a world-class coffee competition. Corral won the Australian handmade coffee championship in April 2017. Growing up in rural Canberra, Corral first came into contact with coffee as a career in a cafe at Canberra Technical School (CIT). Corral became interested in coffee making, especially Latte, and joined the ONA Cafe and started roasting. ONA Cafe's carefully selected coffee beans, good working environment and teamwork make Corral's coffee roasting skills improve rapidly.

Sasa Sestic, the owner of ONA Cafe, was the best Australian barista winner in 2015. In 2016, Hugh Kelly of ONA Cafe won the Australian Best Barista title after Cesc.
