However, the female barista was arrested for breaching the condition of stay when she was a "illegal worker" in a shop while in Hong Kong. She was charged by the Immigration Department with one count of breach of condition of stay. The case was originally scheduled to be heard in Sha Tin Court today (28). The prosecution did not give evidence against the defendant and agreed to deal with the case by signing conservatively.

After the defendant admitted the case, the magistrate ordered the defendant to sign HK $2000 for one year.
