Chou Sheng-lung, honorary director of the Taiwan Fine Coffee Association, said that the amount of coffee imported by Taiwan has tripled in 10 years, which shows that the potential of Taiwan's coffee market is endless. The "World Cup siphon Coffee Competition" will be held by Taiwan representative Yang Yishan against coffee experts from Japan, South Korea, Macao, Malaysia, China and Hong Kong. Players from seven countries will compete for the title. Contestants must make 3 designated mixed coffees and 3 creative coffees within 15 minutes and accurately control the variables such as brewing time, temperature and firepower.
