Yang Yishan said that today's Japanese champion Satoshi Sato used Yin Sopia sun-dried coffee beans, the fruit flavor is very charming, followed by a long sense of sweetness, and lasted for a long time, "it's great coffee!"

Tseng Ning-chun, chairman of the Taiwan Fine Coffee Association, said that the "World Cup siphon Coffee Competition" held in Japan for many years moved to Seoul for the first time last year, and this year the Taiwan Fine Coffee Association won the right to host it in Taiwan. Chou Sheng-lung, honorary director of the Taiwan Fine Coffee Association, said that the amount of coffee imported by Taiwan has tripled in 10 years, which shows that the potential of Taiwan's coffee market is endless. Mr. Ueshima, special director of the Japan Fine Coffee Association, looks forward to promoting exchanges among the coffee industry in Taiwan and Japan through this competition.

The "World Cup siphon Coffee Competition" will be held by Taiwan representative Yang Yishan against coffee experts from Japan, South Korea, Macao, Malaysia, China and Hong Kong. Players from seven countries will compete for the title. Contestants must make 3 designated mixed coffees and 3 creative coffees within 15 minutes and accurately control the variables such as brewing time, temperature and firepower.
