BARATZA introduces this new series of tapered bean grinders and a revolutionary new grinding technology. This technology has been designed and refined in Liechtenstein for eight years, setting new standards in terms of simplicity, efficiency and durability. This new mechanism has outer burr rotation and inner burr fixation, a truly revolutionary design. The design of this mechanism doubles the efficiency of grinders of the same size. Coffee goes directly through the grinder, vertically, and directly down to the ground dustbin or your filter.
Manufactured in Lichenstein, 40mm conical burr ground coffee ranges from 3.5g to 5.5g / s. Depends on the settings. These burrs can be ground very evenly, and there is an obvious lack of fine powder in the grinding range. These conical burrs are durable and will remain sharp for many years. The mechanism provides accurate burr alignment to ensure accurate grinding.
The front control panel with backlit LED display is convenient for users to use. The three programmable buttons allow you to set the grinding time within 0.1 second. Just press the start button and Sette automatically provides the exact dose.
Sette has a 30-step macro adjustment, from espresso to drip. Stepless fine-tuning with 9 indicators allows users to accurately dial the perfect coffee. The macro / micro mechanism is directly connected to the tapered burr resulting in immediate and real grinding adjustment. Although it provides easy and flexible grinding settings, we will not recommend it upside down, French news or other rough brewing methods.
The built-in convertible bracket allows you to grind directly on your filter, the trash can provided, or most popular brewing equipment-a prominent feature of all other household grinders. Sette's trash can is made of antistatic plastic with molded nozzles that can be easily poured into your favorite brewing equipment. The portaholder can accommodate portafilter of any size and includes a stable integrated hook.
