At the scene, he brewed three rounds of coffee, and the tasting temperature was set at 30, 40 and 70 degrees respectively, so that residents could experience the beauty of the same coffee and different flavors. Residents also saw Wang ce's secret skills at the scene-cooking three pots with both hands. Wang ce said that he only had two hands, but he had to make coffee for the three judges to taste at the same time. If you brew one cup after another, the coffee will be greatly affected by the temperature, and there will be differences in the flavor drunk by the three judges, so they spend time practicing secret skills to ensure that the three judges drink the same flavor.

Wang ce said that in terms of raw beans, coffee beans had better be used within 2 weeks and barely drinkable within a month. If more than a month, other uses are recommended. In addition, raw coffee beans can also be stored in the refrigerator, "but only if the water is isolated, I will use a two-layer bag to keep the coffee beans isolated."

In July 2017, Wang ze chose to move back to Taipei from Shanghai after winning the world coffee brewing championship in Budapest. He said that in another month or two, the personal brand would be launched. With regard to the development of its own coffee beans in Taiwan in recent years, Wang ce said that the unstable weather in Taiwan has affected the growth of coffee, but he believes that the flavor of Taiwan coffee beans has been improving. He also revealed that there are plans to open a store in Taipei, but the location has not yet been selected, and if there is an opportunity in the future, he also hopes to cooperate with Taiwan coffee beans.
