Mr. Coffee Hute is approachable in Pu'er for 10 years.

The mainland is Nestl é's second largest market in the world, and coffee consumption in China has maintained double-digit growth over the past few years. Over the past 30 years, Nestl é has developed the coffee industry in remote rural areas of Pu'er in Yunnan Province and improved the lives of local farmers. Mainland President Xi Jinping visited Belgium in 2014. In a signed article published by the local media, he mentioned Hute, a Belgian agronomic expert of Nestl é, who instructed local farmers to grow coffee beans to shake off poverty and become rich in Pu'er.

Since 1988, Nestl é has sent seven agronomic experts to Pu'er to guide coffee cultivation and deal with acquisitions. Wang Hai, currently in charge of the Nestle Coffee Center in Pu'er City Industrial Park, is the only Chinese so far. The fourth and fifth experts, Yang Dimai and Wu Te, are Hute of Keshaoji Qiu, a father and son from Belgium. He even enjoys the title of "Mr. Coffee" among local farmers.

In 2002, Nestl é moved its coffee shopping station and agronomic service department from Kunming to Pu'er, at the insistence of Yang Dimai, who was called "Lao Yang" by Cannon. He believes that this can be close to farmers and facilitate the provision of technical guidance and training services. "Lao Yang" has a meticulous work attitude, treats farmers warmly and sincerely, and wins the respect of the local people.

Wu, who inherited his father's career, stayed in Pu'er for 10 years and often went to the village to meet Canon face-to-face, gradually expanding Nestle's "coffee map." during the shopping season, as long as he glanced at the driver and vehicle, he could recognize the source of the coffee and the head of the household. Hute of "approachable" also cooperated with colleagues to compile the Coffee planting Handbook, listing related matters such as land selection, opening up, raising seedlings, field management and preliminary processing, which were distributed free of charge to local farmers and technicians.

"Lao Yang" and "Mr. Coffee" father and son are not only talked about by Pu'er farmers, but also wrote a good story for Sino-Belgian diplomacy.
