Liang Wenzhi, president of the Vietnamese Coffee and Cocoa Association, said. Vietnam is currently the second largest coffee exporter in the world. The meeting not only attracted representatives of the coffee industry from Asian countries, but also invited coffee industry experts and scholars from Africa, America and Europe. Kelfo Belechu Belk, secretary-general of the Ethiopian Coffee Science Association, said that Ethiopia is the fifth largest coffee producer in the world. Coffee is the country's main export and economic pillar, helping to maintain the livelihood of many people. He said that the rapid development of the coffee industry in Asia has made many new achievements, and Ethiopia is seeking to increase coffee production and establish an improved quality traceability system. "We hope to establish contacts with the coffee industry in Asian countries and carry out exchanges and cooperation in modern integrated supply chain, coffee science and technology transfer, picking, processing and transportation."
