The 2018 Huafeng Coffee Art Competition the first Jinda Cup FCAC Guangzhou trials came to a successful conclusion after a two-day fierce competition. It is reported that this is the first coffee competition held by Jinda Coffee in China. This competition attracted the attention of many coffee practitioners and enthusiasts. The content of the competition was to present four cups of concentrated coffee, four cups of lattes and creative drinks to the judges. This competition is also supported by a number of senior judges in the industry, with a strong lineup. In order to ensure the fairness and impartiality of the competition, all judges became formal judges after participating in the unified training and assessment of the FCAC Competition Committee in the afternoon of November 23rd.
The purpose of this competition is to promote coffee culture and train coffee talents. The competition examines the overall service, teamwork, innovation and operation of coffee shops by examining the cooperation, speed, creativity and coffee quality of the contestants.

On Friday, November 23rd, contestants practice will be opened at 10:00, and contestants will lecture with the judges at 3pm.
On Saturday, November 24, the competition will start at 9: 00 in the morning and the award ceremony in the afternoon (the main channel of the market).

Review rules
1. Technical evaluation: with reasonable and smooth methods, food hygiene, no waste of raw materials as the evaluation principle.

3. Total score: the sum of technical score and sensory score is taken as the total score, and the sensory score is given priority to the same total score.
