The base is jointly built by Ruixing and Mitsui products, Asia's largest supplier of freshly ground coffee and raw beans, and Taiwan Yuanyou, one of the largest professional coffee roasters in Asia. It is understood that Luckin Coffee was in trial operation in January 2018. As of March this year, it had laid out 2370 stores across the country. It plans to build more than 4500 stores by the end of 2019, making it the largest coffee chain brand in China. By the end of 2021, it will achieve the goal of 10000 stores. Luckin Coffee Baking (Pingnan) Base covers an area of 62 mu and has a construction area of 49000 square meters. it is estimated that the annual production capacity will reach 30, 000 tons of cooked coffee beans, with an annual output value of 1.5 billion yuan.
