Unique coffee flower and berry aroma-Patch bean seed

The patchy bean is planted in the secret forest of Guatemala. It is filled with a unique aroma of berries and flowers, between bitterness and sweet and sour coffee flowers and coffee berries.

Rich in levels. The fragrance of Pindi Patch beans stops in the mouth, and the smooth taste that can be tasted in each mouthful is amazing.

Finca Santa Felisa, a famous coffee garden in Guardia, was founded by founder Trinidad E. Cruz in the Maya Kakchiquel district of Akatilando in 1904. It has coexisted peacefully with the Mayans for a century. The Cruz family has been in good faith and kind to the aborigines. So far, the Maya Kakchiquel people still serve their family on the estate, and the Cruz family has entered the fourth generation. I like the reasons why the family is currently at the helm-Antonio and Anabella, including that they are really kind to the Kakchiquel.

The Acatenango producing area only became the eighth coffee producing area in Guatemala in 2007, and we translated it into "Akatilanda Valley". The area is located in Chimaltenango province, Guatemala. More than 5000 hectares of coffee plantations have fertile volcanic soil, mainly located in the two major volcanic mountains, and almost all have forests and shade trees. As can be seen from the above photos, almost all of the estates are planted under shade, and the main varieties are bourbon and some Catuai and Kaddura. Akatilana has two major volcanoes, Volcan de Fuego and Volcan Acatenango, especially Acatenango is the third peak of volcanoes in Central America, and across the Fuego volcano is the Attilan Lake region (Lake Atitlan).

The annual rainfall in the area where the manor is located is 48 to 72 inches, and the average annual temperature is 14-31 degrees Celsius. The temperature difference is large enough, so the density of beans is compact, which is good for flavor. The coffee harvest season is mainly from mid-January to March. At present, there are still Kakchiquel people living in the area and maintain traditional farming methods, and St. Ferissa Manor is because of maintaining good relations with the Kakchiquel people and being kind to them, so this people are responsible for farming and get along well with each other. On the other hand, there are about 4000 farmers in this area, and coffee cultivation dates back to 1880. St. Teresa's estate was reclaimed in 1907, and the estate is located at a higher altitude, which is also a pioneer of Akatilan.
