According to Tianyancha App information, on May 25, Yuanqi Forest (Beijing) Food Science and Technology Group Co., Ltd. and the State intellectual property Office issued the administrative judgment of the second instance, case number (2021) Beijing Bank final 1220, and the trial court is the Beijing Municipal higher people's Court.

The verdict of the case rejected the appeal and upheld the original verdict. This judgment is final.

Yuanqi Forest Company refused to accept the original judgment and filed an appeal to the court of second instance.
