With a vast expanse of dense jungle, Bench Maji is a pearl in the unfathomable natural beauty in the westernmost part of Ethiopia. Near the Gori Gesha Forest, it is the birthplace of Panamanian rosy summer. In this unique landscape, there are coffee farms and coffee farms in Rosa Village, which covers an area of about 471 hectares. The seeds in Rosa Village come from the Gori Gesha Coffee Forest, 20 kilometers from the farm. Through historical research and genetic testing, this place in Gori Rosa has been identified as a collection site for Panamanian geisha. Guoxia Village has two varieties from the site, named after the expedition when coffee was discovered:

Rose summer 1931:

This is selected from a diverse forest population that is very similar to the Panamanian geisha. This choice is made by looking at the shape of the plant, the shape and size of the bean, and its cup shape.

Gori Rose Summer:

This primitive family heirloom replicates the genetic diversity in the Gorigesha forest. These seeds were discovered by the village manager himself in 2011.

There is also a variety from the Ethiopian Research Center:

Illubabor Forest:

This selection of disease-resistant varieties was selected during an expedition to the Illubabor Coffee Forest in 1974.
