Which kind of tea is chosen as the healthiest in the world? the benefits and effects of drinking tea
Many of you are interested in using plants to improve your health and fight disease. Therefore, I am pleased to tell you that I recently completed the Medicinal Plant Certificate course at Cornell University, increased my knowledge, and shared some influential information obtained through this course. The course is rigorous, based on scientific evidence and carefully promoted by doctoral experts in the fields of biology, chemistry and ethnobotany. These passionate and loyal scientists study and protect plants around the world every day, which have benefited human beings since they existed. In fact, the World Health Organization estimates that about 80% of the world's population depends on plants as their main form of health care. Importantly, many modern medicines are extracted from plants, which are complemented by the traditional knowledge of indigenous peoples of plant origin.
Medicinal plant
The course is divided into six different learning modules: the historical application of botanical medicine; the muscular, skeletal and reproductive systems of plants; mental health and pain-relieving plants; plants that improve cardiovascular and respiratory health; and medicinal plants that promote digestive and skin health to enhance immunity. My plan is to cover these topics in future blogs.
Enhance immunity and healthy tea
Let's start with the most important aspect of health-the immune system. The immune system protects against a variety of pathogens and helps us stay healthy. Some plants contain compounds that interact with our bodies to strengthen our immunity and prevent diseases. For thousands of years, all of these plants have been used in traditional Chinese medicine, Ayurveda or indigenous peoples around the world, including Native Americans. Although these are natural therapies, they may interfere with other drugs you are taking, so consult your medical professional before trying any drug.
Ashvaganda is one of the most important herbs in Ayurveda and has been used to boost immunity and treat a variety of health problems for thousands of years. Ashwagandha is an adaptor that contains a compound called afin, which produces many beneficial effects. Ashwaganda may help reduce anxiety, depression, stress and inflammation. It may help lower blood sugar levels and enhance brain function. Research on cancer prevention is also promising.
Astragalus or Hu á ng Q í has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for centuries. It contains compounds that boost immunity and provide anti-aging and anti-inflammatory effects.
Echinacea, native to North America, can help your immune system fight infection and help you recover more quickly in times of discomfort.

Ginger is a powerful plant with many beneficial effects, such as enhancing immunity, reducing inflammation, lowering blood sugar and relieving stomach discomfort. Gingerol is the main compound found in ginger, which plays a role in the effect of ginger.
Ginseng is a highly respected herbal medicine in traditional Chinese medicine, which has a history of hundreds of years. Although there are many varieties of this effective plant, American ginseng (American ginseng) and Asian ginseng (ginseng) are the most commonly used and contain antioxidants. The most active compounds in ginseng are ginsenosides and gintonin, which can increase energy, reduce stress, lower blood sugar and reduce inflammation.
Gotukola is widely used in Ayurveda and traditional Chinese medicine. It contains memory-enhancing, anti-microbial, anti-diabetic, anti-inflammatory and anti-anxiety properties.
Saint basil is a respected plant native to India and has been used to treat a variety of diseases for thousands of years. Saint basil or tulsi is a powerful adaptor touted as having the ability to stimulate the immune system, reduce anxiety and depression, lower blood sugar and aid digestion.

Turmeric has been used in Ayurvedic and Indian cuisine for thousands of years. It contains curcumin, whose main function is to strengthen the immune system, reduce inflammation and improve memory. An important note about curcumin is that curcumin needs to be mixed with black pepper containing piperine to help curcumin absorb properly.
Tea, last but certainly the most important! Tea contains polyphenols, an antioxidant found in all teas. Antioxidants help fight free radicals that damage the body and cause health problems. Drinking tea can help you lose weight, lower cholesterol and improve mental clarity. Scientific research has found that drinking healthy tea, especially green tea, can strengthen your immune system, reduce inflammation, and help prevent cancer, heart disease, diabetes and neurodegeneration. These powerful antioxidants have been widely studied and show amazing prospects to help protect the body against disease, aging and many other harmful problems that affect our health.
