Oolong tea is a real tea, like white tea, green tea, black tea and Pu'er tea, which is made from the leaves of the real tea tree Camellia sinensis. Cultivated oolong tea (oolong tea) is mainly produced in China and is one of the most famous Chinese teas used in the traditional Kungfu Tea ceremony of the Qing Dynasty (the Qing Dynasty). Tea can also be graded by tea masters and sold as a high-quality mixture. On average, oolong tea contains about 35 to 40 milligrams of caffeine, while a cup of coffee contains 200 milligrams. Compared with regular coffee, oolong tea has a low caffeine content. However, it also contains l-theanine, an amino acid that helps slow caffeine absorption. This can lead to a more lasting energy boost than coffee. Due to the different degree of oxidation, the taste of oolong tea is also very different. Slightly oxidized oolong tea tastes light, floral and sweet. On the other hand, the seriously oxidized oolong tea has a strong taste of toast and soil. Oolong tea also has a hint of grass and baking, depending on where it is planted. Oolong tea grown at high altitudes, such as Wuyishan oolong tea and Wuliangshan tea, has a stronger flavor and has the characteristics of soil.
