Why did you decide to match poetry with tea? Subhasish: we decided to use poetry to describe the story of tea. It's short and crispy. It starts with all the packages of a poem, but we think we can produce different poems while discussing and conceiving. For example, Struvaya, which stands for black tea, means "lovely or accidentally discovered". "in China, India and Japan, there are different legends of tea culture. Monks or kings accidentally found tea trees and boiled tea into tea. Similarly, our poems are also discovered by accident. Please tell us about a special kind of folk tea and your good memories of it. Subhasish: we personally like two kinds of tea, one is Oolong, and we chose the word Meraki (which means to integrate a person's soul into their work). The production of oolong tea is a complex process, and tea masters should constantly observe and process it in order to maintain its withering time, oxidation degree and baking temperature when fired with wood. We bake it with firewood, not electricity or gas. The tea master must always be there to make sure the tea is not overcooked, and so on. It needs a lot of attention, so own is one of our personal favorites.

There is also an experimental oolong tea called Petrichor. It was launched in November 2020 and is a naturally scented oolong tea. Generally speaking, in India, the natural fragrance process does not take place. The natural fragrance process is like Chinese jasmine tea (jasmine is part of the production process, not a post-production mix). So we used the natural aroma method, not with jasmine but with the native flower xewali of Assam. Xewali can be used for prayer, eaten during meals, humanized, or as a snack, eaten during meals, and so on. This flower is very precious to the Assam people; almost everyone has a tree with it in their yard. This kind of tea is one of my personal favorite processing and creativity. Xewali is a small white flower; its aroma is very soothing. This flower is usually found in the Himalayan belt from Nepal, Sikkim, Assam, West Bengal and Bangladesh; it is only found here. In Assam, the use of flowers in terms of cultural use and value is very strong because it exists in every step-prayer, diet. This kind of flower can be used anywhere or on a wreath. Welcome people to your home.
