According to the result of the punishment, Nai Xue's tea shop on Dongchangzhi Road in Shanghai was fined 5000 yuan by the Shanghai Hongkou District Market Supervision Administration, and 25 yuan of illegal income was confiscated.

On July 23, 2021, Shanghai Hongkou District Market Supervision Administration commissioned Shanghai Liquor and Food quality Inspection Center Co., Ltd. to sample the golden mountain treasure tea currently sold in Chadong Changzhi Road store in Nai Xue by aseptic sampling. the sampling quantity is 1 cup, and the total purchase price is 25 yuan. Shanghai Liquor Food quality Inspection Center Co., Ltd. issued an inspection report (No:21C071267) on August 3, 2021, which determined that the total bacterial count of the sampled Golden Mountain Treasure Tea did not meet the requirements of DB31/2007-2012 "Food Safety Local Standard ready-made Beverage", and the test results were all unqualified.

The food safety problem of Nai Xue's tea has been "fruitful" before the time came out that the Shanghai Dongchangzhi Road store of Nai Xue's tea was fined for substandard bacteria.
