How much is the duck shit fragrant oolong of Nai Xue's tea? Does Nai Xue's duck shit smell taste good? what are the characteristics of the taste?
When I bought a sample of this tea in 2017, I almost eliminated the single clump: the single clump on the market had too many flaws and even had a chemical flavor. After talking to the single clump on the farm, I changed my mind! I found something good. This kind of tea tastes smooth, neither astringent nor bitter. The taste comes from the tea itself and is not adulterated. I waited for months to wait for the spring harvest, and many of you are waiting like me. Well, here it is! When I opened the big bag of single fir last year, it needed to get in touch with the air: it had the smell of freshly roasted grass. Interestingly, as soon as I tasted this tea, I talked to the farmers, and they asked me what I thought. Before I could open my mouth, they said they needed a few months of Chen Fang. I smiled because I came to the same conclusion without talking to them! I had the same problem when I made my own tea at home. This tea is even better than the harvest in 2017, and I'm looking forward to the harvest in 2019. I have found that the complexity has increased, and the soaking amount of this kind of tea may exceed the harvest in the spring of 2017. In 2018, this tea has a creamy flavor, with a classic orchid / sweet-scented osmanthus flavor. There is an interesting smell of oats and malt, which I have never found in a single clump, and even after swallowing I found the smell of drupes. The traditional brewing method (fast brewing, 5 seconds, 10 seconds, 15 seconds) has no astringency and bitterness. On my first attempt, I pushed the tea harder and did extract some bitterness, but even so, I was reluctant. Now, in 2019, the first injection provides a lovely sweet almond flavor. In the subsequent injection, almonds appeared at the end, and orchids / sweet-scented osmanthus appeared at the front. There is a sweet freshness in the fragrance of the flowers, which I really like. This tea is still very tasty in 2019, which shows that the material used is really great (I have no doubt)! These farmers really know how to get the most out of their crops. Last year, I didn't see their best single fir being sold as Mao tea! The highest level is spoken even before the harvest. One of their buyers knew how good their tea was and reached an agreement with them to buy all their best duck shit fragrant tea every year.

I don't have much of this tea, and there won't be any new fir until May or June, so I strongly recommend trying this tea now, before it's all drunk! Brewing advice: fill the preheated with dried leaves (put in as many as possible without breaking the leaves), but don't put too much so that the lid doesn't cover the dried leaves. Make sure your water is properly low in hardness. Make the tea once, then immediately make the tea for the first time. Add 5 seconds to each brew. Although the farmer suggested making tea only three times, I also made a good fourth and fifth tea, which was better than last year's harvest!
