In order to get the tea from the high-altitude tea garden, we started to discuss it before the peak season and specially bought the tea picked in April. Arya 1st Flush Ruby is a kind of tea produced in a tea garden with an elevation of 1500 meters above sea level. This tea is picked at a young age and contains many buds. Therefore, Ruby is very gentle and has a creamy taste when it is in the mouth. The interesting thing about Ruby is that although it is 1st flash, it is fully fermented. This tea takes longer to ferment than the normal 1st Flush, has a more black tea flavor, and is easier to match with desserts. Arya 1st Flush Spring Blossom is tea produced in a tea garden at an altitude of 2000 meters using clonal tea trees. Made from more mature tea leaves, like the name Spring Blossom, spring flowers are characterized by the same scent as spring flowers and lean aromas reminiscent of vegetation. It's kind of like oolong tea and white tea. It is also said that the tea at high altitude is very long, and the fragrance stays in the throat forever. People who like the deep taste are recommended.
