In collecting and using consumers' personal information, business operators shall follow the principles of legality, legitimacy and necessity, clearly state the purpose, method and scope of the collection and use of information, and obtain the consent of consumers.

Nowadays, any milk tea store or convenience store is lobbying consumers to scan the QR code, follow the official account, log in to the Mini Program account, register the operation of members, and even want to get a series of unnecessary information such as consumers' names, mobile phone numbers, addresses, ID card numbers, and so on.
