Introduction to the difference of Flavor characteristics between East producing area and Aceh producing area of Mantenin Coffee Bean Forest in Indonesia
Sumatra is divided into two producing areas-Aceh province in North Sumatra and LINTONGNIHUTA in DANAU TOBA in the south-central part of the country. The most famous growing area in Aceh and the main producing area of Mantenin is the Gayo Mountains, which surrounds Lake Tawar and ranges from 1100 to 1300 meters above sea level. LINTONGNIHUTA is located in the southwest of DANAU TOBA, the largest lake in Sumatra, and mainly produces Indonesian boutique coffee. Java, the first island in Indonesia to grow coffee beans, produces another world-famous coffee, Toraga, in the southern mountains of Sulawesi.
High-quality manning coffee is basically concentrated in fertile soil, adjacent lakes, and plateau areas ranging from 1800 to 1900 meters above sea level, such as the plateau region of DANAU TOBA in North Sumatra and the GAYO Highlands of DANAU TAWAR in Aceh. The most well-known producing areas are LINTONGNIHUTA, SIDIKALANG and DOLOKSANGGUL in the Lake dopa region and TAKENGON in the Gayu region.

What are the characteristics of wine-flavored coffee beans with clean and varied flavor
Wine solarization is neither the use of fruit treatment to expose grapes with boutique coffee beans, nor oak barrel fermentation to enhance the sense of fermentation through honey treatment, let alone traditional sun treatment. In the initial selection of beans, the ripe fruits are selected more carefully, and the exposure time is prolonged, and farmers need to constantly check out the raw beans.
