In May this year, the company announced that the total amount of funds to be raised would not exceed 750 million yuan, of which 550 million yuan would be used for coffee production expansion projects. After the start of the project, an annual production capacity of 16000 tons of roasted coffee beans, 3000 tons of ground coffee powder, 8000 tons of cold and hot extract coffee liquid, 10000 tons of RTD ready-to-drink coffee and 610 tons of freeze-dried and mixed flavor coffee will be formed. The project construction period is 24 months.
With such a large production capacity, Jiahe must find key and long-term buyers. And Cuddy is just right to meet this demand, and so far the number of Coffee shops in Kudi has exceeded 5000.
It is worth mentioning that Golden Harvest Food is also a supplier to Luckin Coffee. Ruixing and Cudy have the same founder, and both brands have launched promotions this year, with the former bringing the price of coffee down to 9.9 yuan and the latter 8.8 yuan a cup. Under such a situation, Cudy is obviously digging the corner of lucky fortune at a low price.
